Chris Sayer Solicitor is a family run legal practice based in York. We provide experienced, specialist legal advice in property matters to home owners in the York postcode area, whether buying, selling, or mortgaging.

We carry professional indemnity insurance with an insurer that is approved by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority and we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority. The firm consists of Chris and Sandra Sayer.

Chris is a law graduate from Oxford University, after which he qualified as a solicitor and practised law in London and Leeds before setting up his practice in York. Sandra is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with a great amount of experience in residential conveyancing.

Our conveyancing service is friendly and efficient. Chris and Sandra handle all conveyancing cases personally. We provide our clients with a no-fuss approach to their transactions, giving pragmatic advice based upon our years of experience working in property matters.

We are readily available either personally or on the phone throughout your transaction as we know how useful it is for clients to discuss any issues that arise throughout the conveyancing process. We also of course keep our clients informed by email or post, as preferred.
