I think they need to utilise a checklist so there are no nasty surprises for the homeowner once the contract has been agreed. The company has you over a barrel when they start charging for so called "extras".

Mss removals were helpful, professional, and accommodating . They contacted me immediately regarding the quote even though it was a bank holiday weekend . They visited the property to confirm the quote details and deliver our free removal boxes and even changed the original removal date when we asked . They were excellent through out , I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a hassle free move .

Quote given and price agreed but on the day the van was not big enough and we had to get another van from them which cost a further £250. The guys worked hard and were helpful but also managed to break a house window. All in all not brilliant !
