We found this company to be very unprofessional and they made our house move very stressful. We used them for a local move in London SW16, from a 3-bed house in July 2024 (a 2-day service, which was supposed to be 1 day for packing & 1 day for the move). In summary: - They underestimated the job, even though they did an on-site survey and so could see exactly what needed to be moved. As a result, they ran out of boxes on day 1 and there was not enough space on the trucks to complete the move on day 2 (I had to do several car trips myself to finish up). - Their "packing service" is slap dash and completely unprofessional. The packing wasn't even completed, with cupboards left unpacked that I had to do myself. They dropped expensive items (damaging kitchen flooring), failed to properly pack items like a computer screen (which was just chucked unwrapped in a box alongside other items). I could go on with many more examples of the poor packing. - On day 1, they arrived late and only worked 3.5 hours - stopping when they ran out of boxes! On day 2, they didn’t start at the time agreed and then of course they weren't finished by 5pm and so demanded more money to finish the job! I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra if they had actually worked the full two days properly as agreed, but they didn’t and their attitude was rude. - Most of the guys doing the move had very poor spoken English – which was not helpful when doing a stressful family house move. - I have been waiting two months for a response to a complaint I lodged with them. They haven't even bothered to reply, which only confirms my opinion which is they are a very unprofessional removals company that are best avoided.

It was less stressful than the other moves and good idead 3 people came. They organised the movement of my stuff.

The removal people were great they dissembled all my furniture, removed it and reassembled it in my new apartment in 3 hours.

The original quote was for one van, which I queried with both them and my storage company. Once we had double checked sizes of vans we reached a compromise as to cost of the second van. They could not be faulted on the lead up to the move and the day itself. Phone calls from them to check all was in place. Updates on how things were going and efficient when delivering. They insisted on making my bed back up before they left. Two plain vans and no 'branding' but a good job.

Your teams were done an excellent job. There are hard-working people who took great precautions and patience.

Great Service, such hard workers and very respectful. Did not get the size of truck quoted for due to Corona Virus but provided with two smaller vehicles
