Unnecessarily delayed the unloading to charge extra. For screwing up a total of 8 screws in 2 tables took more than last30 mins to charge me extra. The same table i later unscrewed and rescrewed in a total of 5 minutes with just a screwdriver.

Friendly and professional staff. They took care to make sure everything went where we wanted. There were a few minor marks on furniture, but nothing unreasonable or things that cannot be easily fixed.
