Andover is a town in Hampshire within the Test Valley, and lies on the River Anton. A town with a lovely wide high street and attractive suburban area, the town has a lot of countryside around it and great transport links out to Basingstoke and Southampton, and the train into London takes just over an hour. The area has a strong economy: Army Headquarters are based in Andover and Twinings and McDougall’s Flour both have factories in the area. Andover is therefore very popular, and in the last year alone 223 people have moved into the area with the help of reallymoving.
A HomeBuyer Report will cover most conventional properties in a reasonable condition, whilst a Building Survey is more extensive and suitable for older properties or properties in more need of repairs. With any property on the River Anton, it may be worth getting a Building Survey to ensure there is no previous flood damage. You can be assured that the Chartered Surveyors that reallymoving work with in the area have experience in conducting both types of survey.
Hopefully through us you’ll be moved into your new home in no time at all, and will be able to start exploring the local area. Whether going to the Thruxton Motorsport Centre for an action packed day, or visiting St Mary’s Parish Church, there is something to do for everyone.
