I found Alex to be a personable and professional chap to deal with. I thought the survey that he produced was very clear, with photos and jargon free commentary plus a really easy numbering and colour coded system to quickly identify what needed attention. Following on from my solicitor's report, Alex was on hand to patiently answer my queries and concerns and provided me with a very high level of reassurance. There was a point where I thought I might need to upgrade to a full structural survey to be undertaken but he was extremely honest with me and for that I really rate Alex's integrity. He also advised me to contact him if there was anything else that needed double checking which I thought was really decent of him. I will most definitely be recommending Alex and Oracle Surveyors to any family or friends as I found his services to be first class, efficient and very professional.

Was impressed by the introduction email which explained what to expect. I emailed and asked some questions and an example of the report which they provided. Upon this, I booked the survey advising I had a concern re cracks. On the day of the report the surveyor emailed to advise the reason for this and that they had no major concerns regarding the property. The report was sent over and was very informative.. Greta company and would definitely use again.

Chris was great from the get go! I emailed him immediately to get the survey booked in and he was extremely prompt at getting it all sorted and contacting our estate agent to get everything booked. Whenever I emailed with a question he always got back to me quickly and with all the information I needed. Once the survey was complete, Chris got the report over to me the next day. The report was clear and informative and gave me all the information I needed. Would definitely use Oracle again for any future house purchases!
