Steve is a very experienced surveyor. As soon as I spoke to him on the phone, I made up my mind that I definitely need to go with him. In spite of scheduling issues, Steve accommodated within short notice and did an extremely good job with the survey. He is very thorough and recommended the type of survey I need to perform as soon as I provided the post code and house number. He promptly finished the survey and gave me a call to explain his findings. His report is an encyclopedia of information which I can use to fix some of the issues once I take possession. His valuation advice and tips of checking stuff with the vendor really helped a first time buyer like me. The best part is report is available on the same day and he was prompt in answering all my questions via email. In a transaction which involves massive amount of money, its important to have a surveyor as detailed as Steve. I thoroughly recommend him and you will definitely benefit from his experience
