Very good quality Bulding survey, detailed and very helpful to us in deciding not to buy the property. Unfortunately Stephen was very prompt in answering email before doing the survey but went silent after that. Survey delivered 5days and never answer to our request for a quick follow up call to better understand his finding. We used a different surveyor for our new property, similar quality, price and no problem in following up after the survey was delivered.

Apart from being reliable (the survey being done when agreed), the report was excellent.
