Very thorough, much more so than the Survey conducted on the property we are selling even though both were the same level 2 survey .we wrongly assumed all surveys would be the same and were pleasantly surprised with the detail and images supplied within the survey itself . FP surveying met the date they said they could on their web site too , which unfortunately is not always a given with others -we were let down by a local company that advertised availability which they then informed they could not fulfil after taking payment Nigel was available to answer questions we had over the phone after the survey too .

Made contact early on, phone call from Nigel the surveyor a couple of days before the survey to go through any specific requests or area. Very detailed report and I had a chance to talk to him on the phone as well to go through the report in detail. Great service
