Paul was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We were first time buyers and not particularly au fait with survey reports etc, but Paul did a great job of making everything very clear and ensuring all of our concerns or queries about the property were addressed and made clear. Would definitely recommend his services.

Paul was fantastic. Very detailed survey, spotted significant issues that mortgage valuer, myself and the vendor all completely missed. Had a long phone conversation talking through the fine detail then the written report arrived a few days later in the post. Would highly recommend.
