Rob Houghton

Rob founded reallymoving in August 1999. He stepped back into a non-exec role in 2001, but rejoined in 2013 to help drive our growth. He is mainly focused on business development and strategy. He is married with two sons, and is an enthusiastic, although sadly not particularly talented, musician, tennis & golf player.

Rosemary Rogers
Director

Rosie has been involved with reallymoving since its launch in 1999, covering many strategic roles for over two decades. She is now an advisor focusing on overall management and strategy. Rosie is married with two sons, plays cello, and is often seen jogging with her boisterous goldendoodle.

Mark Wells

Mark is our biggest investor, and has been a non-exec Director since 2001. His in-depth understanding of finance and legal issues have been invaluable over years, and he continues to be a great source of level headed business advice. He is Managing Partner at Calunius Capital, a commercial litigation fund and advisory business. He is married with two sons.

James Barford

James was a co-founder, and Finance Director from launch until 2001. He led our fund-raising in 1999, and managed our finances through the tricky post-bubble period, before moving into a non-exec role. His pragmatic insights and analytical thinking have been instrumental to our success. He is Head of Telecoms at Enders Analysis.

Clare Exact
Company Secretary

Clare joined reallymoving in 2001 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth. Clare is Company Secretary, but also works on various projects within the business. She is married with two children and when she’s not singing in the local choir, she’s busy growing huge amounts of fruit and vegetables.
