George and LPL were great. The online account for uploading documents and tracking progress is really good. I always had swift responses to email questions and one issue we had was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. From instruction to exchange in 3 months with a few problems and slow vendor solicitors thrown in! Would use again and recommend without hesitation.

We have been extremely pleased with LPL and would have no trouble recommending them (in fact we already have). Our case is being handled by George and Kate, both of whom are very responsive, professional and have been on top of our case right from the off. The online system, Hoowla, is a particularly useful tool for tracking progress and is an easy way to exchange files and add notes. All in all, a great team providing a great service.

I was very satisfied with the choice of this Company from your website. The remortgaging process was laid out clearly from beginning to end and any questions I had were answered without delay. As I live in rural Wales, I communicated mainly on-line and liked that I could see the progress there too. LPL were fantastic. From day one they never failed me. They use an ap to let you know where and what stage you are up to in the buying process which really keeps you informed. They always answered the phone and answered any questions there and then. Not once did I leave a message or got someone to call me back. My house went through in 8.5 weeks. No hiccups but if there were I’m more than confident that they would have dealt with in the most efficient way possible. Lovely people too. As I first time buyer I was very nervous about the whole process but George and the team held my hand every step of the way. 10/10

The service that I received was outstanding and Mr Khalid gets all the credit for his prompt response to all my queries, for diligently handling all aspects of the case at hand and happily going the extra mile to ensure client. satisfaction. He replied to all my emails and answered all my calls even when he was on holiday, which was most impressive, and was also there for me on Saturdays and Sundays. I have already recommended Mr Khalid and Read Roper and Read Solicitors to my sister, who is buying a house in London.
