Great company to use for conveyancing and very good price. They dealt with the house purchase process in a very timely manner and were always very prompt in replying our emails. Never needed to chase them by phone. I am very pleased with their services and highly recommend this firm!

The service from Bishopsgate Law was very prompt and any queries which needed answering were in good detail and very informative. The customer care was great with follow up calls being offered. Bishopsgate Law were in contact with us all throughout the purchase process of our property. I would recommend Bishopsgate Law to anyone after a solicitor.

A very good price and having a customer care contact was a nice touch. Unfortunately we did encounter some issues in the process. They were not very responsive to emails and we always needed to chase up on the phone. During one phone call I asked if searches had been ordered and my solicitor did not know but on checking my file, realised they hadn't so I wonder how much longer I would have waited had I not asked. We received the property report 4 days before exchange and it contained and incorrect paragraph about an access way. When we called about this our solicitor was on holiday and her team could not advise. Eventually I was told the paragraph was added in error. The report also did not include answers to questions we had asked. I contacted the customer care manager to express my concerns and did not get a response, although my solicitor's manager did become noticeably more responsive at this point. Overall they did the work for a very good price and got us over the line but it did feel we did have to intervene too often.
