Patient, helpful, just what you need when moving house!

They were excellent. Alex did a facetime call with me to work out the estimate. He was comprehensive in that, asking to see outside access, outisde furniture as well as a good view of each room to be moved - which large pieces of furniture would need special attention etc etc. On the day the three guys turned up on the dot of 8 am as planned. They found me without any problem - which was not easy at my old address - and they set to immediately. They were professional, hard working and polite. They double checked with me about anything that could have been confusing and they were speedy. Thankfully the solicitor was also in efficient mode so once they had me fully packed and everything on the van I got notice that the keys were ready to collect and the job was complete by 1pm. I can't recommend them enough.

I was contacted by phone (my preference) and after showing Alex the items that needed moving, I was given a quote. The 2 young men who did the actual move on the day, were brilliant. Very helpful, put everything in the room of my choice.

I would have no hesitation in either using Holdem or recommending them again, they were superb. From the first contact all the way through to the day on site the experience was second to none.
