The service provided by Holdems was fantastic. Originally not my first choice, Holdems we’re arranged to do a survey at short notice after I lost availability at my original choices. They were incredibly accommodating and reasonable when I had to reschedule my move twice as a result of delays with the solicitors. The service provided by the team on the days of move were fantastic. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, the packing service was efficient and everything was well packed in new boxes which were labelled with room and contents. When it came to unloading, again the guys were very efficient and unloaded everything into rooms of my choice and reassembled the furniture they had previously disassembled. When the job was completed they ensured I was happy with everything before final sign off. At no point did I feel rushed or thoughtbthe team were just trying to dump the boxes and get home. Overall a 5 star service that I can’t recommend highly enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. The price was also very competitive.

The guys were very professional and friendly. They completed the job in somewhat challenging conditions, with absolutely no damage to my furniture or property. It was snow & icy on the day of the move, and the road and driveway to my new property was still under construction. They handled these conditions in their stride, with no fuss whatsoever. Regarding cost - There was one company which quoted a slightly lower price, but looking at their reviews I quickly decided against using them. I would definitely use Holdem Removals again, and would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional removal company

We were very impressed by how efficient, polite and careful the two removal men were. They took great care of our possessions and the carpets in both properties, and are Tetris masters (we have a lot of stuff to fit in a Luton van). We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if we have to move again.
