Excellent service - their time estimate, helpfulness, and carefulness was all spot on.

They were three hours late into the job and took one of my boxes away with them in the truck. Didn't particularly like the way my items were 'arranged' inside the truck either. That out of the way, the two guys were brilliant in the sense that the evaluated what had to be moved and did a good job keeping out of the walls and didn't damage anything.

I understood when booking that with the afternoon slot, they can run late (between 12-2pm), they said they'd ring me with an ETA at 11am (didn't call me), at 12:30pm I rang to get an ETA, he told me he'd ring the team and get back to me. No word so I rang again at 1pm to be told they were unloading another move, but it was a 45min drive away, and expect them in 1.5hours at 2:30pm. I rang at 3:30pm (2.5hours later), to be told he'd check and get back to me. No word. I rang at 3:45pm to be told he couldn't reach them which means they are still unloading... At 4pm I rang back and he told me that it was taking a lot longer and they might be with me by 6pm, but unsure. And offered a 9am slot the next morning (Sunday). I took the 9am slot. The next morning they were on time, and the actual movers were excellent (Stan, and I can't remember the other mans name), worked hard and got everything moved in one piece. I'd definately recommend the movers, and great value for money. But I wasted an afternoon waiting for 4 hours to have to cancel to the next morning. If they had of told me at 2pm it would be better to leave it until the next day instead of stringing me along. Also I made every phone call to them, and he only called me once, when he missed one of my calls. Dispite all this I would use again, but only with a morning booking slot.

I am just dropping you a line to say, THANK YOU to my 2 x fella’s who moved me from Hertfordshire to Cambridgeshire. Although the van was smaller than promised they did an amazing job. They were polite, very helpful and worked tirelessly until we were done. Congratulations on your choice of workers. They made what could have been a very stressful situation go very smoothly. Please pass on my thanks.

They did not arrive at the allocated time but 3 hours later. It seems to me they take lots of bookings or don't have movers available and just turn up when they feel like it. The excuse I was given was it took much longer at the previous move and then apparently the movers were stuck in traffic. It meant I missed my appointment as they were so late in arriving!

A very professional service, Jack was very informative about the service they provided and kept me upto date with ETA of the van. Fast and reliable company that I would recommend to others.

London Moving were fantastic. They offered us the cheapest quote for our move by a long way, which made me worry about service quality. But they called quickly to follow up and I was reassured by their helpful and professional attitude. On the day they supplied two pleasant and reliable movers, Martin and Fabio, who turned up on time, packed our things quickly and efficiently, and negotiated our flights of stairs without complaint. They had a clean and spacious van with loads of room for our stuff and everything was moved without damage. My only quibble was that they didn't supply us with quite as many boxes as we'd requested, and those they did send were lower quality and more expensive than those we had bought online, so I would recommend doing the same. But that said they were generally excellent and far cheaper than the competition.
