I would recommend this company for removals. Luca and Ion (Johnny) were very courteous and professional.

They were dishonest about the sizes of the trucks they would use, and that was the main reason that I chose them due to a low overhang they needed to clear. The final price was 50% more than what they estimated after the video survey; they never gave me an invoice explaining the charges. Packers did a bad job, spilling liquids, breaking glass and wood, and killing plants. They brought the wrong size mattress cover, so our mattress was moved uncovered, and it got dirty. They didn't return a marker and a pen that I let them borrow. In general, the packers and movers had a lazy and unprofessional attitude.

I was going to choose AnyVan for my move until I was convinced otherwise by Jake who reassured me Trunk logistics would offer a much better and personalised service. Given the importance of the life event that is moving, I was happy to proceed with the quote which was more reasonable than other movers and did not change much from the reallingmoving.com original quote. The two man team worked tremendously hard to move everything including some very heavy and awkward items. Much appreciated for their work that day as my stress levels were kept low. Would highly recommend Trunk logistics - great all around.

Good service - good price

Efficient, arrived well on time, dedicated workers that took care of my belongings and furniture. They were polite and always asking about where we would like items placed. Moved a whole 3 bed house in half a day with no damage, I am very impressed, if I had to move again I would use Trunk.
