The communication with Lina ahead of the move was great and very clear. On the day, the two movers were very considerate of all our belongings (even the things we hadn't packed well!) and worked really efficiently.

Great. I fully recommend them. Professional, careful with our items and curteous. During the day they adapted the team (downsized) once it became clear we no longer needed 4 men, but 2 was fine - and adapted the pricing accordingly.

After sending a video to VP Smart Removals of the contents that required moving, I was assured that it would fit in a Luton van. Unfortunately it didn't, which meant that I had to hire another Luton van, which I had to load and drive myself. When my move in date was delayed, VP Smart Removals did help find some temporary storage; however when I finally moved the furniture into my house, 3 mirrors were broken. When I queried this with VP Smart Removals they denied responsibility and said that they were not liable as I had not checked them on the day of receiving them. One of the mirrors can't be fixed, so ignoring the time and effort invested, the move probably cost £1500-£2000 move than expected when factoring in the van hire, diesel costs, storage costs, additional removal costs from VP Smart Removals and replacement of the mirror.

Can we quickly remind you that you called us at 16:05 on a week day to inform us that you cannot provide access to your moving to property and we needed to find a solution and arrange a storage for your belongings near by your moving to property, so we could save you some money. Should I also remind you that our team did everything that we could to provide you with a removal service at your best conveniences? Of course our efforts should not be counted here only yours, because after all recording to your review we did nothing. The time, the efforts and the money that we invested in helping you out are after all are free of charge. Can we ask why did you reported that damage 8 days after providing you with the service? Is it because you broke those mirrors later on and you were just looking for someone to pay for them? Those mirrors were packed and unpacked by yourself. When our team went to collect them they didn't had the chance to check the mirrors for dents and/or breakages, because the mirrors were already warped. There is no way to expect us to spend more money to pay for something that you broke. We already spent enough trying to help you out. Unfortunately that was not enough for you! VP Smart Removals

They were very professional reliable attentive and trustworthy. I had loads of questions as it was my first big move which were answered promptly. They did everything I asked and more. I requested some wax paper for my paintings and they provided this.
