Excellent service, moving can be a stressful experience but Mike and his team were great, professional and friendly, really flexible while we were having a difficult time getting a completion date. On the day the team were just as great, everything was packed carefully and they were all friendly lads, would definitely use again for our next move!

From the initial quote until the day of the move this team were brilliant. They arrived slightly late but still managed to get everything out before my deadline. The removal team were great; made moving home rather funny, stress free and significantly less work for me.

I cannot speak highly enough about Knights Move, Tyrone, Nathan and Darren were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond what we expected. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently making everything easy for us. This help was invaluable as moving house is stressful! Mike was by far the most proactive of the companies we received quotes from, and was efficient, pragmatic and helpful. I'd had no concerns recommending Knights Move, and we look forward to using them for our next move.

On the day of my move we had a couple of issues. However Mike travelled several miles to speak to me face to face and resolve my concerns. I have a great respect for his integrity and customer relations. I wish the company every success. Despite the problems I had, i have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Mike and the team were brilliant: really professional and genuinely made the whole process as stress free as it gets! Mike was the only mover to do a house visit and his estimate of how much van space we needed was spot on: others did video quotes and told us we needed less (for a similar price), but Mike’s approach from first meeting to settling the bill post- move made everything stress free. Knights Move completely took the stress out of our moving day. The team were friendly, courteous, and lovely to be around. They took great care of all our possessions, and we felt everything was looked after. We didn't get the keys to the new house until really late in the day and the team stayed until 8.30pm, moving our furniture in and rebuilding my children's bed so they could get to sleep! Even so late there was no surcharge and no complaints from the team.. Which left me one less thing to worry about. Our move date changed a few times and Mike would always answer the phone, tell me when they were available and do his best to fit us in. I'm so pleased we chose Knights move, can't fault them.
