Knights Move

We used Knights Move for our move from a 3 bed to 4 bed home. I was heavily pregnant at the time (37 and a half weeks!) and the team turned up on time, brought two massive trucks and had our old house clear in no time. I’d been worried about muddy boots etc but they covered the carpets and took really good care of all our items. Nothing was broken or scratched or damaged in any way what so ever and their was no damage to either house! Really pleasant to deal with and very efficient - we had a lot of stuff to move and they were out of our new house by 5pm! Also very friendly, helpful and down to earth and were happy to help with anything.

An owner who cares about respect and customer satisfaction above all else. Mike and his team were fantastic throughout our move and really took the stress away from the big day. Very understanding, patient and flexible with no hidden charges. The upmost care to our contents and both houses was provided and any issues resolved immediately. Removal staff were professional, polite and approachable making the move even easier - especially loving the banter throughout the day. All items placed in the rooms as directed ensuring not to mark walls etc. on the way to the rooms.

Moving house is always stressful but having the right people helping makes it easier. The guys from Knightsmove were certainly the right people. Given that both the houses we were moving from and to were both in awkward locations with narrow access, the team were exceptionally accommodating and practical in how they completed the job. Even with further complications added by another moving firm that had only partially completed their work in the house we moved to, the team from Knightsmove kept a sense of humour and maintained a professional attitude throughout. They certainly made the day run much smoother for us and we’re so easy to talk to. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone else and plan to use them again should we have to move.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Knightsmove were FANTASTIC. From the initial meeting to moving day, the Knightsmove team were brilliant. They were reasonably priced in comparison to some other quotes we had, the added flexibility was reassuring in case dates changed, but most importantly Nathan and the team on the day were absolutely amazing - everything ran so smoothly and we didn’t have to lift a finger. I just made sure coffees and snacks were provided which were gratefully received! They arrived on time, had everything packed and ready to go and unloaded at the new house without issue. Everything was handled carefully, which is so important given some of the more valuable and fragile items. The team were so friendly and we had great banter on the day, adding to the experience of what can be a very stressful time, but these guys made it so much easier. They genuinely care about and enjoy what they do and delivered exceptional service from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company enough - if you’re moving home, book them! If we ever move house again, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it for us.

Mike came out gave us a great price it was a 2 day move the guys were on time brilliant at what they do. We had loads (I mean LOADS) of stuff and a lot of it was fragile. The guys did not damage a single item they went above and beyond what I had payed for in my opinion if you want an easy no hassle safe and professional job then I would strongly recommend that you use Mike and knights move.thank a lot Mike and your team

I contacted 3 removals companies and this one was by far the best. The initial estimate via the reallymoving site, seemed too low but the final quote, following a meeting with Mike, was still very competitive. Mike was professional, helpful and reassuring and answered all our questions. On the day, the 3 man team performed outstandingly - they were upbeat, hardworking and efficient, a real pleasure to have around. I'd been quite anxious before the move, but when the team arrived, my worries disappeared. We are moving again in 2021 and will definitely use Knightsmove again.

Mike provided a very competitive quote and his guys did a magnificent job. A very polite, sociable and importantly professional team of movers. Our move ended up taking 2 days because of solicitor mistakes but Mike & the team took it all in their stride and were very accommodating regarding coming back the next day to get us finally moved in. I highly recommend these guys. It was a pleasure doing business.
