Every aspect of the service and all contact with Knights Move was superb. The company was incredibley flexible and accommodating, providing an excellent removals service at short notice, that was extremely well managed, and delivered by considerate, efficient and friendly staff. I was impressed right from first contact. Other companies had either not replied at all or curtly said they were fully booked and I would struggle. Not only was I given the courtesy of a phone call response, but on discussing my requirements I was offered options to accommodate my move within the same week. The quote was realistic, fair and excellent value. The administration of the move itself was managed fantastically with superb contact, again being considerate and flexible and accommodating. The actual removal service was excellent. The staff were brilliant - highly efficient, considerate, friendly and again accommodating. All round top guys. At what is always a stressful time (and made all the more stressful by short notice), Knights Move delivered a sterling service at a fair price. Cannot rate the service from this company highly enough. Very strongly recommended.

The two guys who did the removal were so helpful and considerate. Every single piece of furniture I wanted moving was moved despite not being able to fit through the door. They considered every option, clearly using lots of experience and found a way to get my furniture into a small cottage with impossible stairs! This was a big move that took two days, it was also the most relaxed and stress free move I have ever done and this was all down to the lovely gentlemen that moved us! Thank you😊💪
