Knights Move

We were very happy overall with the service from Knights Move. We found Mike to be very reliable and his communication was good. Other companies did not return calls or reply to emails, but Mike always responded in a timely manner. We also needed to change our moving date at late notice and he was very accommodating of this. They came the day before the move to pack everything up. Everything was packed very well and quickly and all the boxes were labelled with the room they were for. Some of the guys also wrote on what was in the box, which was very helpful when it came to unpacking. They didn't bring enough boxes to pack everything up and so more packing needed to be done the following day. But they added extra members to the team to do that, so it wouldn't hamper our moving time. The day of the move went well. They carried all of the boxes into the relevant rooms, although some did end up in different rooms or the garage. They also carried all of the furniture in and put it in place and even put the bed back together. There was only one breakage of picture frame glass and they offered to pay for it immediately it was discovered. I think this was caused by the picture not being wrapped like most of our pictures were because it was part of the Day 2 packing and I had the impression some of this was a bit hurried. But they could not do more than offer to pay for it. They guys were very friendly, reliable and approachable - all but one introduced themselves. They worked very hard and were respectful of the property - putting down plastic or blankets to avoid dirtying the carpets. The furniture was all put into bags to keep it clean and avoid any damage. Overall we were very happy with Knights Move and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Both guys who loaded the van were very friendly and helpful completed loading in 1 hour met is in Bridlington unloaded quickly and efficiently could not fault anything

The personal and professional attention throughout from Mike Hill alongside the positive and friendly manner of the 2 removal men on Move Day resulted in a smooth stress-free relocation to my new home a week ago. Knights Move is real value for money.

Mike came out to view our house promptly then provided a quote in good time. We were unsure about taking the packing service as well, Mike didn't push this but gave us a price. We decided to go with this which was well worth the money as took away additional time and stress and I'd highly recommend it, all our items were packaged well and boxed accordingly in each room the day before the move. Everything was moved into our new house and placed in the appropriate rooms. Made things a lot easier for us and made moving as easy as possible as its without doubt a stressful time.

Absolutely fabulous group of guys. Extremely helpful, professional and courteous from start to finish. Made our day so much easier and less stressful. We cant recommend them enough!
