Arthur was quick to respond to initial queries and questions before setting a date for the survey. He was fine for us to meet him at the property and run through his major findings before sending the actual survey to us in a timely fashion. He then answered further questions that arose from the survey very quickly. A smooth, professional service we would not hesitate to use again.

I would like to let you know that I have used the services of Bvalued Ltd on three occasions in the past 6 months to carry out surveys on properties I have bought in order to let them. I have found this company and their surveyor Arthur Bletchley to be excellent value for the service he provides. From the outset there is excellent communication detailing the work and timings, all the way through to delivering his final report within two weeks of the survey. The job is carried out in a thorough and professional manner and the report at the end of it is comprehensive, enabling me to use the information contained within it to ensure that the property is brought up to modern standards. In addition he also took me around the property demonstrating and explaining his various findings at the end of his survey, an invaluable service throughout. An excellent service that I would not hesitate to use, and will use again, in the future.

bValued made early and polite contact in response to my search query, both by email and telephone. Having checked their website and range of services in full, I subsequently was given Terms of Engagement, which were clear, including the Costs and instructed bValued to act on my behalf with regard to my prospective purchase of a house within its NHBC Guarantee period, this included the opportunity to have any particular issues of my interest/concern addressed. The survey was scheduled easily, was co-ordinated via my Estate Agent and the report was duly published in accordance with the Terms of Engagement. The Report was clear, unambiguous, helpful and addressed all the mandatory and requested points of concern. For a first-time buyer it was refreshing not to be subject to mysterious and ambiguous comments. This enabled me to promptly address matters requiring mandatory action to both my Legal Advisor and the Vendor's Agent. bValued provided a very courteous and professional service throughout the transaction period Payment by bank e-transfer (one of the options provided) was straightforward and promptly acknowledged. I am happy to recommend bValued, and would instruct in the future if appropriate.

They we very helpful and quick to come out and do the survey. I had no issues with them, they provided my report a few days later and were very helpful in deciding weather to continue with the sale. Arthur gave very practical and helpful advice in regards to his findings. On the morning of the survey Arthur contacted me one arrival and suggested a time to come up and meet him to have a chat about his findings. Which was great as I got a general idea of the property state before receiving the report which was handy as I had plenty of time to discuss issues with my family.

Very slow in preparing report. E mail correspondence cryptic and badly written. Telephone conversation unfriendly to the point of being rude. However the final report was professional and adequate. Would not recomend.

The client returned signed terms of engagement on I August, he did not want to see me at the premises when the survey was being done. The property was inspected on 6 August and the report emailed to the client on 15 August.

Very efficient but everything over email so not great if you don't have a printer!
