Flawless service: fast turnaround, thorough report and extremely quick replies to all emails

Nick was very proactive and got the survey booked in and the report back to us very quickly. Most of the report was excellent, well presented and easy to understand. I took one star off of the the service quality rating because the wrong house number was written throughout the report and the report stated that all of the windows could be opened with ease even though we knew one of the windows was screwed shut for insurance purposes.

Good and quick service - homebuyers booked in on Wednesday one week, survey carried out the Monday of the next week and report through on the Thursday of the same week! We had one query after the report and Nick came straight back to us with a reply
