Took 8 working days to receive the report, was initially advised 5-7. Luckily we knew we were going to buy the house regardless but for someone waiting for the report to instruct the solicitors it could’ve caused a delay in their conveyancing process

The quote was accurate and an excellent price compared to other quotes I found. The survey was booked in straight away through the estate agents so it was very hassle free for me and then I received the report a few days later. It was thorough. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend cosey homes.
