Very slow company who made a number of false promises to us. It took 9 calendar days to receive our report and only after us chasing daily.

We always aim to deliver reports within five working days of the survey taking place, however in this instance due to a slight delay on uploading the report as well as an unforeseen technical issue, we unfortunately could not deliver the report until the seventh working day. We hope that this did not detract in any way from the report itself and we trust that the report received helped you to make an informed decision on the property you are contemplating purchasing. Took longer than promised to receive the report. When I did get the report there was an error which almost resulted in me pulling out of the purchase. I went back to the company to discuss the error and they gave me a full refund which was paid quickly. I was impressed by how they handled this mistake.

Initial contact was good and easy to make arrangements for the survey. However the Survey was very poor. The questions I asked for areas to be looked at specially are yet to be answered. The report was inaccurate/confusing with 126 website pictures and photos that were too small and indistinct to see. There were a lot of mistakes which makes me wonder if it had been checked at all so much so that I do not feel that I can rely on the information given. There was so much padding with pages of unclear photos etc that it was difficult to extract the relevant information. The company has now amended the information and is sending me a new report but I do not expect this sort of thing to happen when I am using a professional firm.

I am disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied with your survey report. We do take customer feedback seriously. We have worked with you to try and satisfy the queries that you have raised, I hope that you are now happy with the report and that all questions have been answered. I must stress that the vast majority of the pictures within the report are of the subject property, but as with all reports we do include some screenshots of particular websites as supporting evidence for things like environmental impact and local flood risk etc. Our reports do include a lot of information however, we are always on hand to assist our clients with the report should they find this to be a little overwhelming. I cannot comment about the survey itself as it only took place yesterday, so we have yet to receive the report. cosey homes were easy and friendly to use and based upon the service so far I would recommend them
