I can't rate this company highly enough. If there were 10 stars then I'd happily give them. I am in my late sixties and this was my first move in thirty years, so I was unfamiliar with the process. Keith Gregory rang me within minutes of me sending my first email to him, and we exchanged phone calls and emails over the following few days as he gathered information about exactly what I needed the survey to provide, and what my concerns were. He sent me documents that outlined the difference between surveys, and made sure I was happy with the contract we agreed. The survey itself was exemplary, thorough and clear in every detail, and I've already recommended him highly to a number of estate agents and friends. As a result of the survey I decided not to go ahead with the house purchase, with great relief at having been spared what would have turned out to be a big financial mistake. Since then I have found a much nicer property that I've made an offer on, and Keith Gregory will be surveying that. I have great confidence in him, and his son - both of whom gave friendly, supportive and helpful feedback throughout the process, making sure that I was reliably informed about what everything meant.
