His quote was quite competitive and he was quite informative with providing me an understanding of the different components of the RICS home buyers survey. He was unbelievably quick in terms of getting an appointment sorted out with the agent and coming back to me with the results of the survey. He put my mind at ease regarding my purcahse and I highly recommend him.

Robert provided a great service, from being proactive to arrange the next best suitable dates with the estate agents (making things easier for me) as well as providing a well detailed report as well as happy to explain and clarify things on the report over the phone.
