Enniskillen, located exactly at the centre between Lower and Upper Lough Erne, is a fairly large town in west Northern Ireland. A popular place to live in Fermanagh County, many people are often moving into and around the town, and so our surveyors are experts in their field. The surveyors on our panel not only have a local knowledge of Fermanagh County, but they will be able to advise you on the market value of your new home and be aware of issues that occur frequently to the property types in the area.
Enniskillen is also an historic town, and Enniskillen Castle dates back to 1428. This means that our surveyors have different surveys for a wide range of properties. Some of the houses in the town for example, will probably need a more detailed Building Survey, whilst a lot of the newer buildings on the outskirts of Enniskillen, built as the town has expanded may be more suited to a less extensive HomeBuyer Report.
Whatever property survey you choose, you are in good hands with reallymoving, and our service will make it as easy as possible for you to choose the right Chartered Surveyor for you. In the meantime, why not have a look around the Marble Arch Caves or Florence Court, just some of the fantastic landmarks around the area.
