I don't normally write reviews but I surely do read them before deciding what service or product to choose. As a first time buyer the whole house purchase experience was new to me. I picked this company as the reviews seemed reasonable and price was competitive. Gerard provided an extremely detailed level 3 report for me. Then months later when finalising the documents on the house he kindly took my phonecall to iron out and clarify some issues in the report that I was having a difficult time straightening out between the estate agent and vendor. He couldn't have been more informative and helpful. The report was worth every penny. It has made me more secure with my decisions on this house purchase and for that I thank you very much Gerard.
