Excellent. A very detailed and thorough report, one of the best I’ve read. It was honest about what could not be commented on, and precise about what could. The implications and recommendations were particularly helpful. Thoroughly satisfied.

I was very pleased with Mr Maw's comprehensive report which highlighted a vast amount of damp which I didn't know was an issue. His breakdown of repairs was also listed in a Green-Red traffic light colour fashion which helped me understand the implications of purchasing the property & also has helped me with futureproofing budget needs. I would definately use Gold Crest again.

Promises a lot but delivers nothing useful, complete waste of money. Survey report not worth the paper it is written on. keep away from it.
