It is advertised on reallymoving as a turn around within 5 working days, and on Heyes' website as 5 to 7 wirki g days, therefore these two are not in line. Additionally due to technical errors on their side and staff illness, I did not receive my report until 8 working days had passed.

The survey was organised very quickly with the report falling. The surveyor spoke us through the report which was extremely helpful.

Easy to get in touch with the office, the report was ready in 7 days which they said it would be. Thorough report sent through which allowed us to take the action necessary.

Very quick service. Report was relatively thorough but we would have liked them to conduct a deeper search. They couldnt due to furniture/fittings in the property which we fully understand but would have been good to know prior so we ould have arranged with vendor to move furniture etc.

They booked the survey really quickly, and then they had a cancellation so they actually did the survey a day after I had given them the go ahead, which was great as I needed to get it moving fast. I was told the survey would be complete within 3-5 days and I'd receive it upon payment - I did have to chase them a bit to get this sent as it had been over a week, and when I received the email with the payment link, none of them were working. I tried to pay on the phone but the people dealing with that were on holiday or out of the office due to unforeseen circumstances, so this took a little bit longer. I did however manage to sort it out, and I'm overall happy with the service (I think it was just bad luck that day, and not reflective of their service). I think value is decent too.
