Great service. Fast (had my survey next day, early in the morning), thorough and professional. Actually saved me getting a mortgage on a house that had major issues that were hidden behind recent cosmetic job. Would be definitely using the company again. Would be recommending to anyone getting a property. Didn’t expect anything out of the ordinary but was pleasantly surprised by 5+ service.

This company has to be the greatest value for money service ever! And I don’t say this likely. But not only does it give great value it also gives a quality service second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for Gerard who carried out the survey he answered all questions before and after completing the service. On top of all that because of his detailed report he saved me £5,000 on the asking price of the property. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any who wants to use its services.
