Luke was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed, and he took his time to ensure I was happy. The survey itself was great, and very detailed. Luke then spent the time to call me and explain the headlines form the survey and explain anything further.

Luke was extremely prompt in replying to queries and explained things really well so that me and my partner could understand the work and repairs with minimal background knowledge. He phoned during the survey and have a quick breakdown of major issues he found so I could ask questions and request follow up investigation. Really happy with the final report he provided.
