I chose Laurence Quilter for a Building Survey and was very satisfied. Candi was very friendly with good communication throughout. Denise conducted my survey with a good level of detail. We were able to speak after my report was delivered to clarify some details. I felt in good hands, would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend this company at all - the survey was so vague and communication was terrible. The survey results themselves were just a copy and paste job and no detail was given, even after it was requested. Ended up paying for another survey
Hi Mia, we are sorry you were unhappy with our services. It is very common with the nature of our reports that there is a use of standard phrases. The service provided by Laurence Quilter was ok but nothing special. The survey report itself was fine, although I do note that there were a few incomplete sentences or typos that I needed to get the surveyor to later clarify. The admin was a quite slow, it took a long time to get an invoice reissued that was addressed to the right person, and that delayed the whole survey (and meant our exchange and completion dates needed to be pushed back).
