He carried out the inspections at very short notice in order to fit in with my tight schedule and has been willing to go above and beyond and to take the time to explain and inform. Arron provided me with an extremely thorough, detailed and professional building survey. He was a pleasure to deal with. He made himself available throughout the process and provided me with ample time after he had sent me the report to digest its contents and then arrange a follow up call with him to discuss it in further detail. Mr Lawrence was extremely helpful and very patient, we had problems getting access to the property due to the sellers estate agent, Mr Lawrence tried several times eventually managing to contact the seller. Kept me up to speed the whole time.
