The morning after I requested a quote from reallymoving, Phillip contacted me to ask if he could send through a sample report. We received this the same morning and were very impressed. Our survey was booked in for the day after lockdown commenced and therefore unfortunately had to be postponed, during this time Phillip continued to engage with us and as soon as the survey could be done (the Friday after lockdown was lessened) the survey was complete. On the Sunday afternoon the survey was received, it was extremely comprehensive with advice about what should be done throughout. During the process at what is a stressful time for everyone, Phillip was extremely professional and engaging and I could not recommend him highly enough.

Philip's survey and resulting report was excellent, detailed and very informative (and far superior to other reports we have seen). Philip was also very helpful in talking us through the report and any flagged issues, as we are first time buyers and don't have experience with many of them.
