Our surveyors specialise in Building Surveys of Victorian, traditional Kentish and modern buildings and offer full party wall surveying services. All surveys are bespoke and written without the use of generic surveying software whilst all surveyors are RICS accredited and members of the Pyramus and Thisbe Club, a learned society for party wall surveyors.

Our company’s area of expertise lies within the detailed inspection of residential properties and the analysis of building defects. Predominantly the reports we produce are full ‘Level 3’ Building Surveys, with Homebuyer Reports, Condition Surveys and Partial Survey (inspection of specific defects) making up around 10% of the remaining instructions received. Please note that we are not a Valuation practice that carries out Building Surveys. We are a specialist Building Surveying Practice.

Our surveys are more comprehensive than the average, give advice on the cost of repairs needed, unlimited colour photographs and extra section on Building maintenance. Our surveys include a telephone call on the day of inspection, pdf and paper copy and a video showing the main points. We are very knowledgeable on buildings in the Hastings and St Leonards areas.
