Fast, friendly and approachable chartered surveyors whose reports are written in plain English and include photographs. We cover North Cornwall to Lands End. We will contact you on the day of inspection to give you a verbal rundown, and emailed reports can usually be forwarded within 24 hours, with hard copies to follow. We can easily adapt to suit specific requirements and advise on alterations, renegotiation and other associated matters. We tell it 'as it is', with great aftercare service.
