I was impressed by the hard work and efficiency. All the team were helpful and polite.

Cos Freight were really great and worked with us on our move. We had many dates for exchange which got changed at least 3 times. Nothing was too much trouble for them in the lead up to the actual move. On the day the team were fantastic, we were packed up and ready to go by 12:00. Amazing effort by the team. At the final destination nothing was too much trouble for the team, they even moved some furniture left in a bedroom by the previous owners. For a great service I would recommend Cos Freight for house moves. Gordon was fantastic and worked tirelessly to ensure they could do our exchange and completion on the same day! I was a bit dubious on first contact when they said they'd be using smaller vans, but don't let that put you off, as they certainly know how to pack-up your items in a safe and secure manner.

Very hard workers and flexible

Excellent service provided, they were very efficient and packed everything really carefully with no breakages at all. Brilliant service and very affordable and will definitely use them again when the time comes.

The manager/ assessor Craig was great: friendly and efficient; his whatsapp video 'survey' call worked well and he was prompt in replying to all our queries. Amit in the financial department was similarly amiable and professional. Whilst in the midst of a stressful relocation situation, we found them to be calm and reassuring: we were due to move within the fortnight, and they didn't (unlike some other firms) add more anxiety about the time span or pressurise us into committing. Lee packed brilliantly and then Catalin came back to lead Erik, Anatoly, Dimitri & Su well the following day to get us moved successfully.

Really impressed with the communication. I liked having one person to deal with, it made it very straightforward. Very flexible when our completion date kept changing.

Craig was professional and helpful and kept in contact with out being at all pushy, not easy. the people on the day were polite helpful and efficient but didn't speak much English but we got along fine . The person who seemed in charge was well organised. they had all the necessary protective and packing materials and were carful and efficient and worked hard . They were on time and worked quickly and carefully . they took great care to protect the floors and i would recommend their services .

We had a 3 van 6 man move from Hertford to Bury St. Edmunds. The gang were very professional and had a very good attitude. We had a big delay in collecting the keys, where Lee and the gang were very understanding, making it far less stressful. No damaged or missing items, will definitely use Cos Freight again for house removal.
