Despite the challenges/frustrations with trying to remove some of the larger furniture, the guys were always polite and well mannered. Nothing was ever to much to ask and they were extremely helpful at both ends of the move and always ensured that I only helped out with any of the light boxes!

Van too small had to do 2 journeys. Took 10 hours and still had to leave bicycles at neighbours

This was described as a normally furnished 2 bed house and had a 1250 cubic foot truck allocated so should have had room to spare, the fact that it needed 2 runs shows it actually needed 2500 cubic feet! This did not phase our team in any way shape or form and they undertook 2 very well orchestrated and managed runs and had to leave the bicycles so as not to damage the items within the truck. The properties were so close that it would have been easy to have relocated the bicycles had this been an issue. The client was not ready to move and the house was completely full and so the men just set about offering the best service without complaint and it took the time it needed to provide care, professionalism and diligence and as this client had many fine art pieces and large antiques the team had to wrap and protect these as he had not. The client had not disclosed these items in his enquiry which is highly unusual nor had he requested a packing service and I am very pleased that there are no references to damage in any aspect and this move was charged at £696.00 including vat for 10 hours with 2 very professional, hard working team members and I am satisfied that in fact this move was charged as it should have been had the material facts been disclosed at the time. It seems the client wished this to take the time he wanted rather than the time it needed. Helen

Excellent service from Helen before and during the move. Very helpful and understanding of client needs. Provided good advice such as about keeping in mind the size of the lorry for quote they provide when comparing with other quotes. Martin and Mirek who carried out our move were polite, friendly and considerate of the needs of neighbours when parking the lorry etc. They were punctual and worked hard to get the job done efficiently including helping to assemble small items such as a table/bed. Payment is taken over the phone by credit/debit card at the end of the job an before the removals team leave. So, it means there is no waiting to process invoices afterwards or payment being expected before the job. Would use this company again.

Quick and efficient! The guys were really nice and friendly, and incredibly helpful. They just got on with it! I was so grateful for them as I have had back problems in the past, and so to be able to move house without having to lift anything was perfect! Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

This company was a lifesaver, lots of things went wrong with our move but the removal men were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for them. They arrived early, were incredibly helpful, very supportive and a real pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough. They were not the cheapest quote but I chose them because they impressed me from the first time we made email contact and they did not let me down, despite many unforeseen problems. I would give them 6 stars out of 5!

These guys (Gregor and Barty, if I remember correctly) made our moving day go so smoothly! They arrived at our house at 08:30 and managed to park the van in the front drive without blocking the pavement (important as there's an infants school over the road), whilst giving themselves good access - I was worried about this aspect. My husband took them around the house and garage and told them what needed to be moved and what was coming in the car with us and they then just got on with it with very little further input needed from us. We were all packed by about 11am (we were moving out of a 3 bed semi) and they then took the van and parked up near the new house while we did a last bit of cleaning and waited for confirmation of completion. When we arrived at the new house with the keys at about 1:30 they got straight into it and the van was unpacked by 3:30pm. We were so impressed with their hard work as were my parents who were helping us out for the day. We have unpacked nearly all the boxes now and everything came out as it went in. I was 6.5 months pregnant when we moved and so this had the potential to be a really stressful day for me, but it went sooo smoothly! (I actually had a midwife appointment halfway through the morning and the midwife was seriously impressed at how low my BP was!). Also big thanks to Helen in the office who answered my questions beforehand and took payment at the end (it made it much easier to be able to pay by card than have to juggle cash on such a busy day).
