Knights Move

Tyrone and Rocky were lovely. Very helpful, mad as hatters!! But still lovely. Moved everything we asked for and looked after all our things then moved to exactly where we needed them. Mike was helpful when completing the quote and checked afterwards to make sure we were happy with the service. Overall very good and when the time comes I will use them again.

Knights move were fantastic! We had a nightmare with some boxes not being delivered on time and Mike came round and gave us boxes so we could pack up our stuff. We used their storage facility too which kept everything perfect whilst we waited for our keys. Our next move date even got brought forward and Mike and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating and got us an earlier date to move our things back out of storage and into our new home. Couldn’t recommend them enough and made moving a good laugh too! Thanks so much :)

Mike and the lads were unbelievable - worth their weight in gold. Mike was patient and relaxed when we had to rearrange the dates, always at the end of the phone for questions and super friendly. The packing was perfect, not a single thing damaged in transit and everything treat with care. On the day itself, his men worked like machines - tackling 5 flights of stairs in total (sorry again, lads!). They never grumbled, they were polite and funny, keeping us relaxed and really making the whole thing easy. They even rearranged the boxes to ensure we could build our bed easier! I was dreading moving day, but the blokes made it look easy and removed all the stress. I would recommend Knights to anyone who'll listen, they were a stellar team and I won't hesitate to use them again in future.

Mike was quick to come and assess our requirements in person, and ensured he was fully aware of what we needed to move and knew of any special needs. This meant the assessed price was the final price. Communication was good throughout, and all necessary packing items were provided. On the day they arrived on time, emptied the house quickly and carefully, and maintained contact throughout the day. This process was repeated when we arrived at the new property. I'd recommend this company. Good value for money, good comms, efficient and careful with all of your items. Thanks to all of the team.

We invited Mike to give us a quote at short notice and he made time and came when he said he would, forwarding the quote by early next morning as promised. On moving day, Mike, Nate, Anthony and Dan were brilliant. They were with us for a long day and they were cheerful, polite and efficient throughout. We would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. They hit a couple of snags and simply problem solved and made it work, which was great, taking the pressure off us.

Mike and his friendly, professional team took the stress out of my move. I am a single lady and they managed all the dismantling of wardrobe, table, washing machine, dishwasher for me which was a massive help. I am still unpacking and have not yet found any broken items so they packed well. I can wholeheartedly recommend this removal company and should I move be again in the future I would definitely use them again.
