Mike was very informative and answered all our queries when he came to the house.The guys, Daz, Rocky and Tyrone, arrived promptly on the day and quickly set to work. They were careful with our possessions and very easy to get on with, having alot of laughs with us during the move. It was a long day with a return journey of an hour and a half but they kept up the pace of loading and unloading. Our goods were put in the rooms requested, furniture protectors were used and they even assembled our bed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Great company, great guys , well done.

Great communication from Mike and his team from initial contact and throughout the moving process. Nathan, Tyrone, Dan and Rocky were our removal team on the day and worked incredibly hard, were polite and respectful of us and our property whilst being friendly and fun to be around! It rained heavily all day and yet they remained positive! We couldn’t have managed the move without them.

The lads went above and beyond for us at a very difficult time.

Great communication through out. Mike came and surveyed the house to provide an accurate quote. The quote was competitive to other quotes we received and Knights moves T&C's were very good (no hourly fee or deposit). Knights Move were very understanding that our moving date kept getting pushed back. The guys that moved us were very helpful and friendly, we couldn't have asked for better.

We could not recommend highly enough. Mike came and provided a quote and explained the procedure answering any questions we had. Unfortunately, due to some issues with the chain we had to move our date around twice at short notice and Mike and his team was very understanding. On the day Tyrone and Daz came to move us with bubbly attitudes and promptly at 9am as agreed.They asked what are the most valuable items and asked if anything needed additional protection. I was worried about 3 expensive units but they assured me it would be taken care off and they applied additional covers and wrapping. All mattress were proved with protected covers including sofas. Tyrone and Daz was very quick removing items out and into your new home but with professionalism and great care as if it was their own belongings. I genuinely can not thank the team enough, you made our move stress free, no items or walls where scratched or damaged and your support and positive attitudes made the day the move the way I wanted it too. I genuinely could not recommend highly enough.

Mike's customer service and communications were excellent. He made it all very efficient, effective and incredibly easy for me - I was moving my 88 year old mother and don't live in her area so Mike's liaising with me made it ideal. The 3 guys that came to move my mum's furniture were great, they were incredibly helpful, handled and moved my mum's belongings with due care and attention and they had a great sense of humour that made a potentially very stressful move easy! I would highly recommend Mike and his team!

Great service, professional and polite. Mike did a face to face assessment which was reassuring, so he could see how much stuff we needed move and gave us a reasonably priced quote. The movers did great on the day and moved everything within the hour. They were friendly, polite and professional all throughout. Would recommend using Knightsmove again and to anyone else looking for movers.
