Knights Move

Moving home is an incredibly stressful event of which Knights Move removed all that stress with their equally incredible service. It's very unusual to find an organisation who entirely deliver on their word. Knights Move are an outstanding removals company led by Mike Hill who has fantastic professional & friendly staff. Dion & his team of 5 gave us complete confidence as they eased through the removals process; they were very careful with the property being loaded/unloaded, covered large items with protective coverings & lay floor protective coverings ensuring no dirt entered our home - this just shows the extremely high levels of customer care they deliver. We fed them at lunchtime, but this was the only real break they took. I can wholeheartedly recommend Knights Move for your removals & will definitely use them again if needed. Mike Hill provides a very personal service and was also very flexible with expected changes of moving dates, making all efforts to accommodate us. Thank you Knights Move, Mike Hill and Dion+team.

Great help, very punctual and the people were very personable.

They arrived on time and were very helpful and the lorry was soon loaded. They were keeping to deliver 2 days later and on that day they were sitting in the drive waiting for me. Dion set up all things electric that needed it. Carpets were covered and again they were very helpful and friendly. They made the move for me stress free. Would recommend them highly.

Absolutely spot on, from start to finish! From the initial conversation with Mike, he gave me confidence that he and the team were honest, trustworthy and focussed on excellent customer service. He was very understanding and flexible on our moving date, despite it taking quite some time to lock down a completion date. They went above and beyond to check out our new address in advance of our move, as I was a bit worried whether the truck would fit. This just added to my confidence in the company and gave me peace of mind during this stressful time. On the day of the move, I couldn't have asked any more from the team! They were polite (introducing themselves as soon as they arrived), good humoured, hard working and professional throughout. I would definitely use Knights again, and would recommend them to family / friends.
