Extremely professional and excellent customer service! Knights Move took away any added stress during what has been very stressful house purchase and there team provided essential equipment to ensure our belongings were kept safe during transit too. The guys where very helpful, efficient and understanding. My wife had a car crash on the morning of the move but they just got on and got us moved quickly and without any hassle. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent service and guys who came out were amazing! Just thought it was a bit off to be told at last minute we needed to pay cash!

Thank you for leaving very positive feedback. Regarding the issue raised with paying by cash, I did give the customer the option to pay by bank transfer, 2 days prior to the removal date, however the customer declined saying he would not have the facility to do this on the moving day, and replied in a email he would pay cash on the day. I think as you can appreciate the fact we do not ask for a deposit or funds in advance of the removal, it's only fair to expect payment on completion of the work, and not after, as in this case this is what probably was expected. Also not to mention waiting over 3 hours ( key issue ) with no extra charge.

Great guys, filled two vans with loads of outdoor and garage goods as much as the furniture without a moan! We kept them supplied with tea and coffee (plus biscuits) and they finished the move thirty miles away by just after 4pm. On a warm day too - excellent.

3 guys arrived on time with two vehicles to ensure everything would fit in. The move was done smoothly, and professionally as promised. My daughter is moving this week and we had no hesitation in booking the same team again, this time to pack move and unpack.

The men that came to move us from our old address and to our new one were just great nothing was to much trouble for them they just got on with it every thing in its right place fab set of men would recommend knight''s to all my friends and family for moving.
