Dionne & Mike were superb in moving fragile items and excellent communication and I was advised every aspect of the move. Thanks Dionne for the tips, this kind of service is rare but highly commendable. I would certainly recommend this removal company as efficent, professional and customer focus.

mike from knights surveyed the property and assured me that their largest van could access the lane.the night before the move he rang me and informed me that it would not now be possible. On the mornng of the move we were told that we would be moving with a transit van. Seven journeys and ten and a half hours later we had all our possesions in the new house.Less than satisfactory and luckily we were moving 1 mile rather than 100 miles. i would certainly not recommend this company.

On the initial visit to the customer's property to perform the pre-move survey we observed the access to the property was via an unsurfaced dirt road with overhanging trees. At the time with a visual inspection we judged that the larger lorry would fit down this track and be suitable for the size of move we were performing. The day prior to the agreed removal date we had another removal using this lorry in the vicinity. In order to double check the access was going to be okay, we then took our lorry to the customer's address only to find that the lorry unfortunately did not pass under the overhanging trees. We then contacted the customer immediately and agreed that on the day of the move we would use a smaller vehicle to perform the removal in stages. As this was a Friday unfortunately all other larger vehicles had been booked for other removals. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the customer by the smaller vehicle being used, we were not aware during the move that there were any time constraints. Apart from the smaller vehicle being used the move progressed as normal to the customer’s new address a mile away with no breakages or any other issues.

Awesome, well worth the money. We moved from a 1st floor flat to a semi detached with steps down to the front door and awkward corners inside but the guys took great care of every single item and made the task of moving an absolute breeze (for us anyway, they looked pretty tired by the end of the day. Sorry guys!) Thanks!

The two men who did the move were punctual, polite, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and as the move was for my elderly mother they took great care in making sure everything was put where she needed it. Would recommend them to anyone.

We couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Knight's Move, from the initial visit to provide a quote through to the very end of the job, they were exceptional. On the day itself they turned up bang on time and worked really hard until the very end - this includes having to lug everything up our steep drive in the freezing cold and rain as it wasn't possible to get the van up the drive. Everything was done professionally and in good spirits. The lads stayed calm and actually helped to make our moving day fun with their great stories - we enjoyed chatting to them on tea breaks! They took great care with our stuff and we didn't have a single breakage or knock - this included our precious antique furniture that they took excellent care of. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Knight's Move; courteous, professional, hard-working and witty. Not to mention fantastic value for money.
