Very thorough report and excellent/professional customer service. Mike was happy to discuss the written report with follow up phone call to answer all our questions. Mike was also happy to amend the standard survey to investigate some of our specific concerns.

Quick response to request for building survey. Detailed report gave lots of information. Michael responded quickly to request to revisit the property again to look at an issue he had highlighted with property. Recommended would use again.
