I would highly recommend Michael's Services. There is nothing I can fault with it. Once contacted Michael had conducted the survey and returned the report within 5 working days. With the quick turnaround and thorough report, the price for this work was outstanding. I asked him to look at a rear of the property in depth which he did so and I'm sure if I had chosen another company (particularly a national company), then this would have been either extra cost or disregarded.

We were satisfied with all aspects of the service provided before, during and after the inspection. The final report was as detailed as we expected and simple to read and understand.
