I recently had the pleasure of engaging the services of AMM Surveying Services Ltd for a comprehensive assessment of a property, and I must say, their expertise and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. To begin with I felt personally that my interaction with Adrian at AMM had been positive. Adrian had helpfully emailed me to explain details of what the survey included and was also very helpful in explaining some services that they offered within the survey that sounded to be particularly useful for us such as using poles and cameras to inspect the roof etc. However after me and my partner got back from holiday and were then ready to make the booking we found that the responses back to a few last minute questions were particularly unhelpful such as wanting to have close contact to check that access to the property had been achieved in all the areas we'd expect the survey to inspect. I felt that some of the responses back towards the end of our discussions were quite negative and rude, when really all we were hoping to do was ensure we got the most value out of our survey and with it being the first one we have had done naturally we had one or two questions. Unfortunately in the end this disuaded us from using AMM, which is a shame given the positive first impression we had.

AMM surveying services were excellent and I would highly recommend them. We were kept up to date the whole way through the process and response times were rapid. Adrian rang us on the day of the survey to talk us through his findings and what we'd see in the report and then sent the report over that evening. Would definitely recommend this local, family business to others.

Considering I had never met Adrian and had not visited the property I am looking to purchase I knew I had to trust my chosen surveyor COMPLETELY! Adrian ticked this box extremely well and was extremely helpful and was even trying to save me money. His report was very comprehensive and then I could use it to move on easily to further necessary inspections. Katrina was also very efficient. They are a good team and I would definitely use them again and hence am very happy to recommend them.
