Adrian was able to provide detailed information of what the service included. He was really efficient from the initial call to the write up of the survey. It was useful to have a call from him following the survey with a summary of his findings and he was able to provide the report on the same day. All was done in a professional and timely manner given the social distancing rules. I would highly recommend AMM Surveying Services.

Really appreciated the call before the report came out to us which was delivered the same day that the survey took place. Excellent detail in the report and everything explained very well. Adrian also offered the opportunity to go back to him with any queries. Some really helpful photos helped us see angles we would never of been able to without the equipment that Adrian has. I'm really pleased with the service provided to me by AMM Surveying Services. Adrian was extremely helpful and was easy to get in touch with. After carrying out the survey, I received a courtesy call explaining some of the elements that would be in the report. He also sent out the full survey report out the same day. Adrian was extremely welcoming and professional. We spoke on the phone prior to any arrangements and a clear understanding of what I wanted was established. AMM Surveying Services home buyers report was detailed to say the least. In-depth feedback regarding many aspects of the property were recorded and summarised. The use of a telescopic pole and digital camera made the report even more elaborate and the 50 plus photographs of the roof, guttering, garage, internal walls, boiler, electrics, loft space, garden and so on, put to rest any worries of an inadequate service. The follow up call after receiving the report was also super helpful and clarified certain aspects that I was unsure about. Worth every penny and more. A down to earth very friendly yet very professional company.
